The Baum Greenhouse or the Portable Greenhouse is a gem of a project made in conjunction with artist, sculptor, and carpenter Jebah Baum. The project is the product of the simple desire to have a portable greenhouse to grow all sorts of foods and plants within. The resources were simple an iron frame with wheels attached, a collection of old windows of varying size, and lots of time and wood from Jebah’s shop in Gardiner, New York. In two short weeks, the greenhouse was designed, built, and full of seeds that begun to quickly sprout.
